# Process Execution Plans

> For the full documentation index, see: https://docs.mulesoft.com/llms.txt

The process execution plans show you the times processes are executed.

Processes are executed if following prerequisites are fulfilled:

- The current time lies inside the time interval defined by at least one schedule in the run
  configuration.

- The current time lies inside the time interval defined by at least one service time of the bot.

- The current time lies outside of all downtimes of all applications used by this process.

## Before You Begin

- Ask an organization administrator in Access Management to assign you the required permissions:

<table><colgroup><col> <col> <col></colgroup><thead><tr><th>Action</th><th>RPA Permission</th><th>Deprecated RPA Permission</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td><p>Open the <strong>Process Execution Plans</strong> view and see all processes for which you are part of the process team.</p></td><td><p>RPA Operations Viewer, RPA Operations Manager, RPA Administrator</p></td><td><p>Process Execution Plans Open</p></td></tr><tr><td><p>Open the <strong>Process Execution Plans</strong> view and see all processes of all teams.</p></td><td><p>RPA Operations Manager, RPA Administrator</p></td><td><p>Global Process Execution Plans View</p></td></tr></tbody></table>

## View the Execution Timetable of a Process

View the execution timetable to see the effective run time of a process.

If there are more sessions assigned than free sessions available, the number of runs of a process
within this timeframe depends on its priority.

1. In the **Process Execution Plans** view of the **Process Operations** module, click the icon
**Execution timetable** in the row of the process you want to view.

2. Click on the Gantt chart of a configuration to view the composition of the effective runtime.
