## 1.13.0

This document describes new features and enhancements, known limitations, issues, and fixes in
Anypoint Runtime Manager agent, version 1.13.0.

### New Features and Enhancements

- Starting with Mule 3.9.3, API Manager Secrets (`clientId`, `clientSecret`, and `Proxy password`)
  can be stored, encrypted, in the `wrapper.conf` file when an encryption key is provided at setup
  time. For more information, see
  [API Gateway Encryption on Mule 3](https://docs.mulesoft.com/mule-gateway/mule-gateway-encryption-mule4).
