Anypoint Connector for Azure Cosmos DB (Azure Cosmos DB Connector) enables you to use basic Azure
Cosmos DB operations to create and access objects in the Azure Cosmos DB system.

  use the connector version released immediately after this one.

- Azure Cosmos DB Connector now supports
  [Service Principal authentication](https://docs.mulesoft.com/azure-cosmos-db-connector/latest/azure-cosmos-db-connector-reference#ServicePrincipalConfig)
  using a Microsoft Entra ID service principal.
