# APIkit for OData v4 for Mule 4 1.4.1 Release Notes

## What’s New

- APIkit for OData v4 1.4.1 introduces the
  [`Date Transform Type` parameter](https://docs.mulesoft.com/apikit/latest/apikit-odatav4-transform-to-sql-operation)
  in the `transform to sql select` operation, enabling the seamless transformation of
  `Date/DateTime` OData parameters to either `strings` or `java.time` objects enhancing data
  consistency and reducing manual coding effort.
