# You cannot deploy this message flow because the payload storage is not properly configured

## Cause

You have not configured the Payload Storage.

## Solutions

If your payload storage is configured, verify that it is active:

1.  From within Anypoint Partner Manager, select your `hostname` profile.

2.  Scroll down to Payload storage and click **Edit**.

3.  Review your payload storage configuration and status.

4.  If your payload storage is not configured, configure it as described in
    [Configuring a Payload Storage API](https://docs.mulesoft.com/partner-manager/latest/setup-payload-storage-api).
