Captures Inventory Transaction records. This object is available in API version 54.0 and later.

## Fields

### LastReferencedDate

- **Type**: dateTime
- **Properties**: Filter, Nillable, Sort
- **Description**: Most recent date on which a user referenced this record.

### LastViewedDate

- **Type**: dateTime
- **Properties**: Filter, Nillable, Sort
- **Description**: Most recent date on which a user viewed this record.

### Name

- **Type**: string
- **Properties**: Autonumber, Defaulted on create, Filter, idLookup, Sort
- **Description**: Unique identification of the record.

### cgcloud\_\_Accounted\_\_c

- **Type**: boolean
- **Properties**: Create, Defaulted on create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update
- **Description**: Indicates whether the record is already considered for updating the Balance record.
- **Default value**: false

### cgcloud\_\_Allow\_Manual\_Creation\_\_c

- **Type**: boolean

- **Description**: Indicates whether it's possible to manually create the initial inventory and Balance record.

- **Description**: Amount of the transaction.

### cgcloud\_\_Balance\_\_c

- **Type**: boolean

- **Description**: This technical field is created to update the Total balance value in Inventory (Roll-up Summary field). The checkbox value is updated by updating the workflow field.
- **Default value**: false

- **Description**: Date on which the inventory is to be physically charged by this transaction.

- **Description**: Date on which the inventory is created.

### cgcloud\_\_Currency\_\_c

- **Description**: Specifies the currency of the cash inventory.
