Represents the details of an asset survey. This object is available in API version 54.0 and later.

## Fields

### LastReferencedDate

- **Type**: dateTime
- **Properties**: Filter, Nillable, Sort
- **Description**: The most recent date on which a user referenced this record.

### LastViewedDate

- **Type**: dateTime
- **Properties**: Filter, Nillable, Sort
- **Description**: The most recent date on which a user viewed this record.

### Name

- **Type**: string
- **Properties**: Autonumber, Defaulted on create, Filter, idLookup, Sort
- **Description**: Unique identification of the record.

### cgcloud\_\_Account\_\_c

- **Type**: reference
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Sort
- **Description**: Reference to the customer for whom the survey was conducted.
    
    This is a relationship field.
- **Relationship Name**: cgcloud\_\_Account\_\_r
- **Relationship Type**: Master-detail
- **Refers To**: Account (the master object)

### cgcloud\_\_Asset\_Tag\_Number\_\_c

- **Type**: string
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
- **Description**: Serial number of the asset.

- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
- **Description**: Reference to the asset for which the survey was conducted.
    
    This is a relationship field.

### cgcloud\_\_Condition\_\_c

- **Type**: picklist
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Restricted picklist, Sort, Update
- **Description**: Specifies the status of the asset at the moment of the survey execution.
- **Possible values**:
    - C—Destroyed
    - D—Damaged
    - T—Techn. Defect
    - W—Working

### cgcloud\_\_Creation\_Date\_\_c

- **Type**: date
- **Properties**: Create, Defaulted on create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
- **Description**: Date of creation.

### cgcloud\_\_Distribution\_Relevant\_\_c

- **Type**: boolean
- **Properties**: Create, Defaulted on create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update
- **Description**: Indicates whether data correlated with the call needs to be distributed to mobility devices (true) or not (false).
- **Default value**: 'true'

### cgcloud\_\_Location\_Rating\_\_c

- **Type**: picklist
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Restricted picklist, Sort, Update
- **Description**: Specifies a rating for the determined location.
- **Possible values**:
    - B—Bad
    - G—Good
    - I—Could Be Better

- **Description**: Specifies the position of the asset with the customer.
- **Possible values**:
    - B—Bar
    - F—Foyer
    - M—Main Course

    - R—Cash Register

- **Type**: picklist
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Restricted picklist, Sort, Update
- **Description**: Specifies if the audit data record was initiated manually or via barcode scanner.
- **Possible values**:
    - M—Manual
    - S—Scanner

### cgcloud\_\_Note\_\_c

- **Type**: string
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
- **Description**: Short note for the survey.

### cgcloud\_\_Record\_Link\_\_c

- **Type**: string
- **Properties**: Filter, Nillable, Sort
- **Description**: Link to the asset audit detail page.
    
    This is a calculated field.

### cgcloud\_\_Sighted\_\_c

- **Type**: boolean
- **Properties**: Create, Defaulted on create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update
- **Description**: Indicates whether the asset is present (true) or not (false).
- **Default value**: 'false'

### cgcloud\_\_Usage\_\_c

- **Type**: picklist
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Restricted picklist, Sort, Update
- **Description**: Specifies how the customer uses the asset.
- **Possible values**:
    - AA—Against Agreement
    - MA—Misapplication
    - RI—Correct

- **Description**: Reference to the user who executed the survey.
    
    This is a relationship field.
