InventoryCountProductItem

Represents the inventory count of a product at a location. Inventory Count Product Item is a child object of Inventory Count. This object is available in API version 63.0 and later.

Inventory Count must be enabled.

ActualEndDateTime

  • Type: dateTime
  • Properties: Create, Filter, Nillable, Sort, Update
  • Description: The planned end date for counting the product's inventory.

ActualQuantity

  • Type: double
  • Properties: Create, Filter, Nillable, Sort, Update
  • Description: The actual quantity of the product's inventory.

ActualStartDateTime

  • Type: dateTime
  • Properties: Create, Filter, Nillable, Sort, Update
  • Description: The actual start date for counting the product's inventory.

AssigneeId

  • Type: reference
  • Properties: Create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update
  • Description: The person who counts the product's inventory.

    This field is a polymorphic relationship field.

  • Relationship Name: Assignee
  • Refers To: User

Comment

  • Type: textarea
  • Properties: Create, Nillable, Update
  • Description: A comment, note, or instruction that gives additional context for the count of the product's inventory.

DiscrepancyReasonType

  • Type: picklist
  • Properties: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
  • Description: Specifies the type of reason for the discrepancy in the actual quantity and the expected quantity.

ExpectedQuantity

  • Type: double
  • Properties: Create, Filter, Nillable, Sort, Update
  • Description: The expected quantity of the product's inventory.

InventoryAccuracy

  • Type: percent
  • Properties: Filter, Nillable, Sort
  • Description: The actual quantity, expressed as a percentage of the expected quantity.

    This field is a calculated field.

InventoryCountAssessmentId

  • Type: reference
  • Properties: Create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update
  • Description: The inventory count assessment that's associated with the inventory count product item.

    This field is a relationship field.

  • Relationship Name: InventoryCountAssessment
  • Relationship Type: Master-detail
  • Refers To: InventoryCountAssessment (the master object)

InventoryCountPlanItemId

  • Type: reference
  • Properties: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
  • Description: The inventory count plan item that's associated with the inventory count product item.

    This field is a relationship field.

IsBlindCount

  • Type: boolean
  • Properties: Create, Defaulted on create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update
  • Description: Indicates whether the expected inventory quantity is hidden from the assignee when they count the inventory (true) or not (false).
  • Default value: false

IsSerializedProduct

  • Type: boolean
  • Properties: Defaulted on create, Filter, Group, Sort
  • Description: Indicates whether the product being counted is serialized (true) or not (false).
  • Default value: false

LastReferencedDate

  • Type: dateTime
  • Properties: Filter, Nillable, Sort
  • Description: The timestamp when the current user last accessed this record indirectly, for example, through a list view or related record.

LastViewedDate

  • Type: dateTime
  • Properties: Filter, Nillable, Sort
  • Description: The timestamp when the current user last viewed this record or list view. If this value is null, and LastReferenceDate is not null, the user accessed this record or list view indirectly.

Name

  • Type: string
  • Properties: Autonumber, Defaulted on create, Filter, idLookup, Sort
  • Description: Name of the inventory count product item.

PlannedEndDateTime

  • Description: The planned end date for counting the product's inventory.

  • Description: The unit of measure of the expected and actual quantities of the inventory count product item.

Status

  • Type: picklist
  • Properties: Create, Defaulted on create, Filter, Group, Restricted picklist, Sort, Update
  • Description: Specifies the status of the inventory count product item.
  • Default value: Assigned
  • Possible values:
    • Assigned
    • Complete
    • In_Progress—In Progress
    • Inactive

InventoryCountProductItemHistory: History is available for tracked fields of the object.
