# InventoryCountAssessment

Represents an inventory count performed at a location. This object is available in API version 63.0 and later.

## Supported Calls

create(), delete(), describeLayout(), describeSObjects(), getDeleted(), getUpdated(), query(), retrieve(), search(), undelete(), update(), upsert()

## Special Access Rules

Inventory Count must be enabled.

## Fields

### AssigneeId

- **Type**: reference
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
- **Description**: Person who counts the inventory.
    
    This field is a polymorphic relationship field.
- **Relationship Name**: Assignee
- **Refers To**: Contact, User

### InventoryCountPlanId

- **Type**: reference
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
- **Description**: Inventory count plan associated with the inventory count.
    
    This field is a relationship field.
- **Relationship Name**: InventoryCountPlan
- **Refers To**: InventoryCountPlan

### IsBlindCount

- **Type**: boolean
- **Properties**: Create, Defaulted on create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update
- **Description**: Indicates whether the expected inventory quantity is hidden from the assignee when they count the inventory (true) or not (false).
- **Default value**: false

### LastReferencedDate

- **Type**: dateTime
- **Properties**: Filter, Nillable, Sort
- **Description**: The timestamp when the current user last accessed this record indirectly, for example, through a list view or related record.

### LastViewedDate

- **Type**: dateTime
- **Properties**: Filter, Nillable, Sort
- **Description**: The timestamp when the current user last viewed this record or list view. If this value is null, and LastReferenceDate is not null, the user accessed this record or list view indirectly.

### LocationId

- **Type**: reference
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update
- **Description**: Location associated with the inventory count.
    
    This field is a relationship field.
- **Relationship Name**: Location
- **Refers To**: Location

### Name

- **Type**: string
- **Properties**: Autonumber, Defaulted on create, Filter, idLookup, Sort
- **Description**: Name of the inventory count assessment.

### OwnerId

- **Type**: reference
- **Properties**: Create, Defaulted on create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update
- **Description**: ID of the owner of this object.
    
    This field is a polymorphic relationship field.
- **Relationship Name**: Owner
- **Refers To**: Group, User

### PlannedEndDateTime

- **Type**: dateTime
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Nillable, Sort, Update
- **Description**: Planned end date and time for the inventory count.

### PlannedStartDateTime

- **Type**: dateTime
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Nillable, Sort, Update
- **Description**: Planned start date and time for the inventory count.

### Status

- **Type**: picklist
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Restricted picklist, Sort, Update
- **Description**: Status of inventory count.
- **Possible values**:
    - Assigned
    - AuditorApproved—Auditor Approved
    - Complete—Completed
    - InProgress—In Progress

### Type

- **Type**: picklist
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Restricted picklist, Sort, Update
- **Description**: Type of inventory count.
- **Possible values**:
    - Adhoc
    - Audited
    - Initial
    - Periodic
