# Fleet

Represents a group of assets used in commercial, service, or transport operations in the manufacturing industry. This object is available in API version 59.0 and later.

## Fields

### ActiveAssetCount

- **Type**: int
- **Properties**: Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort
- **Description**: The total number of assets associated with a fleet record. This field shows a rolled-up value based on the number of Fleet Asset records in Active status associated with a Fleet record.
    
    This field is a calculated field.

### CurrentOwnerId

- **Type**: reference
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The current owner of the fleet.
    
    This field is a relationship field.
- **Relationship Name**: CurrentOwner
- **Relationship Type**: Lookup
- **Refers To**: Account

### EffectiveEndDate

- **Type**: date
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The date until when a fleet is operational.

### EffectiveStartDate

- **Type**: date
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The date from when a fleet is operational.

### LastReferencedDate

- **Type**: dateTime
- **Properties**: Filter, Nillable, Sort
- **Description**: The most recent date on which a user referenced this record.

### LastViewedDate

- **Type**: dateTime
- **Properties**: Filter, Nillable, Sort
- **Description**: The most recent date on which a user viewed this record.

### LocationId

- **Type**: reference
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The ID of the location that the fleet is associated with.
    
    This field is a relationship field.
- **Relationship Name**: Location
- **Relationship Type**: Lookup
- **Refers To**: Location

### Name

- **Type**: string
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, idLookup, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The name of a fleet record.

### OwnerId

- **Type**: reference
- **Properties**: Create, Defaulted on create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The ID of the user or user group who owns this record.
    
    This field is a polymorphic relationship field.
- **Relationship Name**: Owner
- **Relationship Type**: Lookup
- **Refers To**: Group, User

### ParentFleetId

- **Type**: reference
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The parent fleet that a fleet record is part of in a hierarchy.
    
    This field is a relationship field.
- **Relationship Name**: ParentFleet
- **Relationship Type**: Lookup
- **Refers To**: Fleet

### Status

- **Type**: picklist
- **Properties**: Create, Defaulted on create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update
- **Description**: Specifies the status of a fleet record.
- **Default value**: Active
- **Possible values**:
    - Active
    - Inactive
