ProductItemAddlTrxn

Represents an individual transaction that records a change in the state and quantity of a specific product item. This object is available in API version 67.0 and later.

Fields

Description

  • Type: textarea
  • Properties: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
  • Description: The description for the additional transaction associated with the product item.

ProductBatchItemId

  • Type: reference
  • Properties: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
  • Description: The product batch item associated with the record.

    This field is a relationship field.

  • Relationship Name: ProductBatchItem
  • Refers To: ProductBatchItem

ProductItemId

  • Type: reference

  • Description: The product item associated with the record.

    This field is a relationship field.

ProductItemState

  • Type: picklist
  • Properties: Create, Filter, Group, Restricted picklist, Sort, Update
  • Description: The state of the product item based on the transaction.
  • Possible values:
    • Allocated
    • Custom
    • Damaged
    • OnHand
    • Ordered

Quantity

  • Type: double
  • Properties: Create, Filter, Sort, Update
  • Description: The quantity of the product Item that's affected by the additional transaction.

RelatedRecordId

  • Type: reference
  • Properties: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
  • Description: The related entity record that represents the source of the transaction.

    This field is a relationship field.

  • Possible values:
    • OrderItem
    • Inventory Allocation
    • WorkOrderLineItem
    • ReturnOrderLineItem
    • PurchaseRequestLineItem
    • ProductTransfer
  • Relationship Name: RelatedRecord
  • Refers To: InventoryItemReservation, ProductTransfer, ReturnOrderLineItem

TransactionDate

  • Type: dateTime
  • Properties: Create, Filter, Sort, Update
  • Description: The date and time of the additional transaction for the product item.

TransactionStatus

  • Type: picklist
  • Properties: Create, Defaulted on create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Restricted picklist, Sort, Update
  • Description: The processing status of the additional transaction.
  • Default value: Pending
  • Possible values:
    • Failure
    • Pending
    • Success

TransactionStatusMessage

  • Type: textarea
  • Properties: Create, Filter, Nillable, Sort, Update
  • Description: The comments captured by the system while processing the additional transaction.

TransactionType

  • Type: picklist
  • Properties: Create, Filter, Group, Restricted picklist, Sort, Update
  • Description: The transaction type for the product item status transaction.
  • Possible values:
    • Adjusted
    • Allocated
    • Custom
    • Deallocated
    • Inbound Ordered
    • Order Canceled
    • Inbound Shipped
    • Order received
