# GenericVisitTask

Represents information about a task that can be performed during a visit. This object is available in Manufacturing Cloud in API version 56.0 and later.

## Fields

### DefinitionReferenceId

- **Type**: reference
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The definition record associated with the runtime record. The value is null when the definition record is created.
    
    This field is a relationship field.
- **Relationship Name**: DefinitionReference
- **Relationship Type**: Lookup
- **Refers To**: GenericVisitTask

### Description

- **Type**: textarea
- **Properties**: Create, Nillable, Update
- **Description**: The description of the task.

### EndDateTime

- **Type**: dateTime
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Nillable, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The end date and time of the visit task.

### IsDefinition

- **Type**: boolean
- **Properties**: Defaulted on create, Filter, Group, Sort
- **Description**: Indicates whether the record is a definition record.
- **Default value**: false

### IsRequired

- **Type**: boolean
- **Properties**: Create, Defaulted on create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update
- **Description**: Indicates whether a task must be completed to complete a visit.
- **Default value**: false

### LastReferencedDate

- **Type**: dateTime
- **Properties**: Filter, Nillable, Sort
- **Description**: The most recent date on which a user referenced this record.

### LastViewedDate

- **Type**: dateTime
- **Properties**: Filter, Nillable, Sort
- **Description**: The most recent date on which a user viewed this record.

### Name

- **Type**: string
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, idLookup, Sort, Update
- **Description**: Name of the generic visit task.

### OwnerId

- **Type**: reference
- **Properties**: Create, Defaulted on create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update
- **Description**: ID of the generic visit task record owner.
    
    This field is a polymorphic relationship field.
- **Relationship Name**: Owner
- **Relationship Type**: Lookup
- **Refers To**: Group, User

### Sequence

- **Type**: int
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The sequence in which the visit task can be performed.

### StartDateTime

- **Type**: dateTime
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Nillable, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The start date and time of the visit task.

### Status

- **Type**: picklist
- **Properties**: Create, Defaulted on create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update
- **Description**: Specifies the status of the generic visit task.
- **Default value**: Is Defined
- **Possible values**:
    - Completed
    - In Progress
    - Is Defined
    - Not Started

### StatusCode

- **Type**: picklist
- **Properties**: Defaulted on create, Filter, Group, Restricted picklist, Sort
- **Description**: Specifies the status code of the generic visit task.
- **Default value**: IsDefined
- **Possible values**:
    - Completed
    - InProgress— In Progress
    - IsDefined— Is Defined
    - NotStarted— Not Started

### VisitId

- **Type**: reference
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The visit associated with the record.
    
    This field is a relationship field.
- **Relationship Name**: Visit
- **Relationship Type**: Lookup
- **Refers To**: Visit
