Represents the reaction from users to the medical insight, like upvote and downvote, which is used to identify trending insights.

## Supported Calls

create(), delete(), describeLayout(), describeSObjects(), getDeleted(), getUpdated(), query(), retrieve(), search(), undelete(), update(), upsert()

## Fields

### Comment

- **Type**: textarea
- **Properties**: Create, Nillable, Update
- **Description**: Comments related to the reaction that was provided.

### LastReferencedDate

- **Type**: dateTime
- **Properties**: Filter, Nillable, Sort
- **Description**: The timestamp when the current user last accessed this record indirectly, for example, through a list view or related record.

### LastViewedDate

- **Type**: dateTime
- **Properties**: Filter, Nillable, Sort
- **Description**: The timestamp when the current user last viewed this record or list view.
    
    If this value is null, and LastReferenceDate is not null, the user accessed this record or list view indirectly.

### Name

- **Type**: string
- **Properties**: Autonumber, Defaulted on create, Filter, idLookup, Sort
- **Description**: The name of the user reaction record.

### OwnerId

- **Type**: reference
- **Properties**: Create, Defaulted on create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The ID of the user who owns this record. This field is a polymorphic relationship field.
- **Relationship Name**: Owner
- **Refers To**: Group, User

### SourceReferenceRecordId

- **Type**: reference
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The medical insight associated with the user reaction. This field is a polymorphic relationship field.
- **Relationship Name**: SourceReferenceRecord
- **Refers To**: MedicalInsight

### Type

- **Type**: picklist
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Restricted picklist, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The type of reaction that was provided.
- **Possible values**:
    - DownVote
    - UpVote

### UsageType

- **Type**: picklist
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Restricted picklist, Sort, Update
- **Description**: Differentiates Life Science usage from other uses.
- **Possible values**:
    - LifeScience

### UserId

- **Type**: reference
