# TerritoryUserDowntime

Defines the blocks of time during normal business hours for various types of reasons when sales representatives are out of their territories. This object is available in API version 65.0 and later.

## Fields

### DowntimeCategory

- **Type**: picklist
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
- **Description**: Stores the category of a territory user's downtime, such as holiday, training, or vacation.

### DowntimeType

- **Type**: picklist
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Restricted picklist, Sort, Update
- **Description**: Stores the type of territory user downtime.
- **Possible values**:
    - CivicActivity—Civic Activity
    - Disciplinary
    - Holiday
    - PersonalAbsence—Personal Absence
    - Training
    - Unexcused
    - Vacation

### EndDate

- **Type**: dateTime
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Sort, Update
- **Description**: Stores the end date and time of the territory user downtime.

### LastReferencedDate

- **Type**: dateTime
- **Properties**: Filter, Nillable, Sort
- **Description**: The timestamp when the current user last accessed this record indirectly, for example, through a list view or related record.

### LastViewedDate

- **Type**: dateTime
- **Properties**: Filter, Nillable, Sort
- **Description**: The timestamp when the current user last viewed this record or list view.
    
    If this value is null, and LastReferenceDate is not null, the user accessed this record or list view indirectly.

### Name

- **Type**: string
- **Properties**: Autonumber, Defaulted on create, Filter, idLookup, Sort
- **Description**: Territory user downtime name.

### OwnerId

- **Type**: reference
- **Properties**: Create, Defaulted on create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update
- **Description**: ID of the owner or creator of this object.
    
    This field is a polymorphic relationship field.
- **Relationship Name**: Owner
- **Refers To**: Group, User

### SlotType

- **Type**: picklist
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Restricted picklist, Sort, Update
- **Description**: Stores the selected slot for territory user downtime.
- **Possible values**:
    - Afternoon
    - AllDay
    - Evening
    - Morning

### SourceSystemIdentifier

- **Type**: string
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, idLookup, Nillable, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The ID of the record in the external source system for data integrations.

### SourceSystemName

- **Type**: string
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The name of the external source system from which the record was imported.

### StartDate

- **Type**: dateTime
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Sort, Update
- **Description**: Stores the start date and time of the territory user downtime.

### TerritoryId

- **Description**: Stores the sales representative's territory for the downtime.
    
    This field is a relationship field.
