SubjectMaterialTemplate

Represents the details of a subject material template that's approved for use in managed events. This object is available in API version 67.0 and later.

Fields

ContentDocumentId

  • Type: reference
  • Properties: Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort
  • Description: The ID of the content document that's used as the subject material template.

    This field is a relationship field.

  • Relationship Name: ContentDocument
  • Refers To: ContentDocument

EmailTemplateId

  • Type: reference
  • Properties: Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort
  • Description: The ID of the email template that's used as the subject material template.

    This field is a relationship field.

  • Relationship Name: EmailTemplate
  • Refers To: EmailTemplate

LastReferencedDate

  • Type: dateTime
  • Properties: Filter, Nillable, Sort
  • Description: The timestamp when the current user last accessed this record indirectly, for example, through a list view or related record.

LastViewedDate

  • Type: dateTime
  • Properties: Filter, Nillable, Sort
  • Description: The timestamp when the current user last viewed this record or list view.

    If this value is null, and LastReferenceDate isn’t null, the user accessed this record or list view indirectly.

Name

  • Type: string
  • Properties: Create, Filter, Group, idLookup, Sort, Update
  • Description: The name of the subject material template.

SourceSystem

  • Type: string
  • Properties: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
  • Description: The name of the external system that generated the record.

SourceSystemIdentifier

  • Type: string
  • Properties: Create, Filter, Group, idLookup, Nillable, Sort, Update
  • Description: The ID of the record in the external system.

SubjectId

  • Type: reference
  • Properties: Create, Filter, Group, Sort
  • Description: The ID of the subject that the subject material template belongs to.

    This field is a relationship field.

  • Relationship Name: Subject
  • Relationship Type: Master-detail
  • Refers To: Subject (the master object)

TemplateReferenceId

  • Type: reference
  • Properties: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
  • Description: The ID of the subject material template.

    This field is a polymorphic relationship field.

  • Relationship Name: TemplateReference
  • Refers To: ContentDocument, EmailTemplate

TemplateType

  • Type: picklist
  • Properties: Create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update
  • Description: Required. Specifies the type of subject material template. For example, a template type can be presentation slides, or an email template.

TemplateUrl

  • Type: url
  • Properties: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
  • Description: The URL of the template that's used as a source of the subject material template.

ValidityEndDateTime

  • Type: dateTime
  • Properties: Create, Filter, Nillable, Sort, Update
  • Description: The date and time until when the subject material template is valid for managed events.

ValidityStartDateTime

  • Type: dateTime
  • Properties: Create, Filter, Nillable, Sort, Update
  • Description: The date and time from when the subject material template is valid for managed events.

VersionNumber

  • Type: int
  • Properties: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
  • Description: The version number of the subject material template.
