# SubjectAssignment

Represents a junction between a subject and the managed event that the subject is a part of. This object is available in API version 67.0 and later.

create(), delete(), describeLayout(), describeSObjects(), getDeleted(), getUpdated(), query(), retrieve(), undelete(), update(), upsert()

## Fields

### AssignmentId

- **Type**: reference
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update
- **Description**: Required. The ID of the managed event that's associated with the subject assignment.
    
    This field is a polymorphic relationship field.
- **Relationship Name**: Assignment
- **Refers To**: MedicalInsight, MngEvent, MngEventParticipant, MngEventSessionParticipant

- **Type**: string
- **Properties**: Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort
- **Description**:

### IsHostSubject

- **Type**: boolean
- **Properties**: Create, Defaulted on create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update
- **Description**:
- **Default value**: false

### LastReferencedDate

- **Type**: dateTime
- **Properties**: Filter, Nillable, Sort
- **Description**: The timestamp when the current user last accessed this record indirectly, for example, through a list view or related record.

### LastViewedDate

- **Type**: dateTime
- **Properties**: Filter, Nillable, Sort
- **Description**: The timestamp when the current user last viewed this record or list view.
    
    If this value is null, and LastReferenceDate isn’t null, the user accessed this record or list view indirectly.

### ManagedEventReferenceId

- **Type**: reference
- **Properties**: Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort
- **Description**: References the managed event ID based on the assignment type.
    
    This field is a relationship field.
- **Relationship Name**: ManagedEventReference
- **Refers To**: MngEvent

### MngEventSessionReferenceId

- **Type**: reference
- **Properties**: Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort
- **Description**: References the managed event session ID based on the assignment type.
    
    This field is a relationship field.

### Name

- **Type**: string
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, idLookup, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The name of the subject assignment.

### OwnerId

- **Type**: reference
- **Properties**: Create, Defaulted on create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update
- **Description**: ID of the owner of this record.
    
    This field is a polymorphic relationship field.
- **Relationship Name**: Owner
- **Refers To**: Group, User

### SourceSystem

- **Type**: string
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The name of the external system that generated the record.

### SourceSystemIdentifier

- **Type**: string
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, idLookup, Nillable, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The ID of the record in the external system.

### SubjectId

- **Type**: reference
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update
- **Description**: Required. The ID of the subject associated with the subject assignment.
    
    This field is a relationship field.
