# PrvdVstSmplLmtDiscrepancy

Represents discrepancies that occur when samples or sample shipment requests exceed a sample limit. This object is available in API version 65.0 and later.

## Fields

### AlertMessage

- **Type**: string
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update
- **Description**: Required. A description of the discrepancy that occurred.

### CurrencyIsoCode

- **Type**: picklist
- **Properties**: Create, Defaulted on create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Restricted picklist, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The ISO currency code associated with the currency values in the provider visit sample limit discrepancy.
- **Default value**: USD
- **Possible values**:
    - USD—U.S. Dollar

### DiscrepancyAlertType

- **Type**: picklist
- **Properties**: Create, Defaulted on create, Filter, Group, Restricted picklist, Sort, Update
- **Description**: Required. Specifies whether the discrepancy is an error or a warning.
- **Default value**: Error
- **Possible values**:
    - Error
    - Warning

### LastReferencedDate

- **Type**: dateTime
- **Properties**: Filter, Nillable, Sort
- **Description**: The timestamp when the current user last accessed this record indirectly, for example, through a list view or related record.

### LastViewedDate

- **Type**: dateTime
- **Properties**: Filter, Nillable, Sort
- **Description**: The timestamp when the current user last viewed this record or list view. If this value is null, and LastReferenceDate is not null, the user accessed this record or list view indirectly.

### Name

- **Type**: string
- **Properties**: Autonumber, Defaulted on create, Filter, idLookup, Sort
- **Description**: Required.

### ProviderSampleLimitId

- **Type**: reference
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Sort
- **Description**: Required. The sample limit record on which this discrepancy occurred.
    
    This field is a relationship field.
- **Relationship Name**: ProviderSampleLimit
- **Relationship Type**: Master-detail
- **Refers To**: ProviderSampleLimit (the master object)

### PrvdVisitSampleRefRecId

- **Type**: reference
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update
- **Description**: Required. The call sample or call sample order on which the discrepancy occurred.
    
    This field is a polymorphic relationship field.
- **Relationship Name**: PrvdVisitSampleRefRec
- **Refers To**: ProductDisbursement, ProviderVisitRqstSample

### PrvdVstSmplLmtTransactionId

- **Type**: reference
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The associated provider visit sample limit transaction record related to sample discrepancy.
    
    This field is a relationship field.
- **Relationship Name**: PrvdVstSmplLmtTransaction
- **Refers To**: PrvdVstSmplLmtTransaction

### SourceSystemIdentifier

- **Type**: string
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, idLookup, Nillable, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The ID of the record in the external source system for data integrations.

### SourceSystemName

- **Type**: string
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The name of the external source system from which the record was imported.

### Status

- **Type**: picklist
- **Properties**: Create, Defaulted on create, Filter, Group, Restricted picklist, Sort, Update
- **Description**: Required. Indicates the status of a provider visit sample limit discrepancy as it is triaged by an admin.
- **Default value**: Open
- **Possible values**:
    - Closed
    - InProgress
    - Open
