PresentationForum

Represents the details of the forums (call, meetings, order) where the presentation was presented. This object is available in API version 65.0 and later.

Supported Calls

create(), delete(), describeLayout(), describeSObjects(), getDeleted(), getUpdated(), query(), retrieve(), search(), undelete(), update(), upsert()

Fields

ForumReferenceId

  • Type: reference
  • Properties: Create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update
  • Description: Required. A reference to either the visit or account record that represents the forum in which the presentation was delivered.

    This field is a polymorphic relationship field.

  • Relationship Name: ForumReference
  • Refers To: Account, Visit

Geolocation

  • Type: location
  • Properties: Nillable
  • Description: Captures the geographical location where the presentation was opened.

GeolocationDateTime

  • Type: dateTime
  • Properties: Create, Filter, Nillable, Sort, Update
  • Description: The date and time when the location was last successfully acquired.

GeolocationLatitude

  • Type: double
  • Properties: Create, Filter, Nillable, Sort, Update
  • Description: Captures the geographical latitude where the presentation was opened.

GeolocationLongitude

  • Type: double
  • Properties: Create, Filter, Nillable, Sort, Update
  • Description: Captures the geographical longitude where the presentation was opened.

GeolocationMissingReason

  • Type: picklist
  • Properties: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Restricted picklist, Sort, Update
  • Description: Specifies why the location could not be retrieved, with possible reasons.
  • Possible values:
    • BadData
    • DeviceRestricted
    • Offline
    • UserRestricted

LastReferencedDate

  • Type: dateTime
  • Properties: Filter, Nillable, Sort
  • Description: The timestamp when the current user last accessed this record indirectly, for example, through a list view or related record.

LastViewedDate

  • Type: dateTime
  • Properties: Filter, Nillable, Sort
  • Description: The timestamp when the current user last viewed this record or list view.

    If this value is null, and LastReferenceDate is not null, the user accessed this record or list view indirectly.

Name

  • Type: string
  • Properties: Autonumber, Defaulted on create, Filter, idLookup, Sort
  • Description: Required. A unique identifier for the record, automatically generated in the format PF-{0000000000}.

PresentationId

  • Type: reference
  • Properties: Create, Filter, Group, Sort
  • Description: Required. Indicates the reference to the presentation.

    This field is a relationship field.

  • Relationship Name: Presentation
  • Relationship Type: Master-detail
  • Refers To: Presentation (the master object)

SourceSystemIdentifier

  • Type: string
  • Properties: Create, Filter, Group, idLookup, Nillable, Sort, Update
  • Description: An external ID from the source system for data integrations.

SourceSystemName

  • Type: string
  • Properties: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
  • Description: The name of the source system for data integrations.
