MngEventResource

Represents the details of a resource that's required for a managed event. This object is available in API version 67.0 and later.

Fields

AccountId

  • Type: reference

  • Description: Specifies the account associated with the managed event resource.

    This field is a relationship field.

AddressId

  • Description: Specifies the address details when the selected address is associated with a location record.

Amount

AmountDeviationReason

  • Description: The business reason for the deviation of actual amount from the standard fair market values.

BookingConfirmation

  • Description: The unique confirmation number, URL, or reference code provided by the vendor or internal booking system.

Comments

  • Type: string

  • Description: The notes that are attached for the requirements related to the managed event resource.

ContactPointAddressId

  • Type: reference

  • Description: Specifies the address details when the selected address is associated with an account record.

  • Description: The benchmark rate associated with the managed event resource.

  • Description: Required. The ID of the expense type associated with the managed event resource.

IsLocationResource

  • Type: boolean
  • Properties: Create, Defaulted on create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update
  • Description: Indicates whether the resource is associated with a location (true) or a service provider (false).
  • Default value: false

LastReferencedDate

  • Type: dateTime
  • Properties: Filter, Nillable, Sort
  • Description: The timestamp when the current user last accessed this record indirectly, for example, through a list view or related record.

LastViewedDate

  • Type: dateTime
  • Properties: Filter, Nillable, Sort
  • Description: The timestamp when the current user last viewed this record or list view.

    If this value is null, and LastReferenceDate isn’t null, the user accessed this record or list view indirectly.

LocationId

  • Type: reference
  • Properties: Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort
  • Description: Specifies the location associated with the managed event resource.

    This field is a relationship field.

  • Relationship Name: Location
  • Refers To: Location

MaximumRate

  • Type: currency
  • Properties: Create, Filter, Nillable, Sort, Update
  • Description: The highest acceptable rate for the managed event resource as defined by the linked fair market value benchmark.

MinimumRate

  • Type: currency
  • Properties: Create, Filter, Nillable, Sort, Update
  • Description: The lowest acceptable rate for the managed event resource as defined by the linked fair market value benchmark.

MngEventId

  • Type: reference

  • Description: The ID of the managed event associated with the managed event resource.

    This field is a relationship field.

  • Refers To: MngEvent (the master object)

Name

  • Type: string

  • Description: The name of the managed event resource.

ProductReferenceRecordId

  • Description: The ID of the product or category that's required as a resource for the managed event.

    This field is a polymorphic relationship field.

Quantity

  • Type: int

  • Description: The quantity of the resource that's required for the managed event.

ResourceType

  • Type: picklist
  • Properties: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Restricted picklist, Sort, Update
  • Description: Specifies the category of the resource based on current business logic. For example Human Resource, equipment, or venue.
  • Possible values:
    • Catering
    • Venue

SelectedAddressId

  • Type: reference
  • Properties: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
  • Description: Specifies the address associated with the managed event resource with respect to a location or account.

    This field is a polymorphic relationship field.

  • Relationship Name: SelectedAddress

SelectedLocationId

  • Description: Specifies the location or account that is associated with the managed event resource.

Status

  • Type: picklist
  • Properties: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
  • Description: Specifies the current state of the managed event resource. For example, confirmed, pending, or cancelled.

SuggestedRate

  • Type: currency
  • Properties: Create, Filter, Nillable, Sort, Update
  • Description: The recommended or typical rate for the managed event resource based on the fair market value benchmark.
