MngEvent

Represents the details of a managed event. This object is available in API version 67.0 and later.

Fields

AccountId

  • Type: reference

  • Description: The ID of the account that populates when the Event Location is set to an Account.

Capacity

  • Description: Primary participant limit for the event; up to this number, registrations are accepted as Registered.

CapacityEnforcementType

  • Type: picklist

  • Description: The registration behavior when event capacity is reached.
  • Possible values:
    • NoCapacityCheck—No Capacity Check
    • NoWaitlist—No Waitlist
    • Overbooking
    • Waitlist

CapacityStatus

  • Type: string
  • Properties: Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort
  • Description: Indicates real-time registration availability based on the current participant count.

    This field is a calculated field.

  • Possible values:
    • Available—Under 80% full.
    • NearCapacity—Between 80% and 100% full.
    • Full—Capacity has been reached and registration enforcement is strict (no waitlist enabled).
    • WaitlistOnly—Capacity has been reached but waitlist registration is available based on enforcement settings.
    • Closed—Registration has ended.

CheckinEndDateTime

  • Type: dateTime

  • Description: Specifies the date and time when event check-in closes.

CheckinStartDateTime

  • Type: dateTime

  • Description: The compliance statements contain the details of the policies and procedures that must be adhered to for the managed event.

ContactPointAddressId

EstimatedParticipantCount

LastReferencedDate

LastViewedDate

    If this value is null, and LastReferenceDate isn’t null, the user accessed this record or list view indirectly.
