Represents a signed document and stores document fields.

## Fields

### AccountId

- **Type**: reference
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The account for which the document is created. This field is a relationship field.
- **Relationship Name**: Account
- **Refers To**: Account

### CurrencyIsoCode

- **Type**: picklist
- **Properties**: Create, Defaulted on create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Restricted picklist, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The ISO currency code associated with the currency values in the life science document.
- **Default value**: USD
- **Possible values**:
    - USD—U.S. Dollar

### LastReferencedDate

- **Type**: dateTime
- **Properties**: Filter, Nillable, Sort
- **Description**: The timestamp when the current user last accessed this record indirectly, for example, through a list view or related record.

### LastViewedDate

- **Type**: dateTime
- **Properties**: Filter, Nillable, Sort
- **Description**: The timestamp when the current user last viewed this record or list view.
    
    If this value is null, and LastReferenceDate is not null, the user accessed this record or list view indirectly.

### LifeSciDocTemplateVersionId

- **Type**: reference
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update
- **Description**: Required. Indicates the document template version that was used to generate this document. This field is a relationship field.
- **Relationship Name**: LifeSciDocTemplateVersion
- **Refers To**: LifeSciDocTemplateVersion

### Name

- **Type**: string
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, idLookup, Sort, Update
- **Description**: Required. The name of the Life Science document.

### OwnerId

- **Type**: reference
- **Properties**: Create, Defaulted on create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update
- **Description**: ID of the owner or creator of this object. This field is a polymorphic relationship field.
- **Relationship Name**: Owner
- **Refers To**: Group, User

### RelatedObjectRecordId

- **Type**: reference
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The related record for the document. This field is a polymorphic relationship field.
- **Relationship Name**: RelatedObjectRecord
- **Refers To**: AccountPlan, ProviderVisit

### SignatureGeolc

- **Properties**: Nillable
- **Description**: The Location where the document was signed.

### SignatureGeolcLatitude

- **Type**: double
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Nillable, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The latitude where the document was signed.

### SignatureGeolcLongitude

- **Type**: double
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Nillable, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The longitude where the document was signed.

### SignatureGeolcMissingReason

- **Type**: picklist
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Restricted picklist, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The reason why location retrieve failed.
- **Possible values**:
    - DeviceRestricted
    - Offline
    - UserRestricted

### SignatureGeolcTimestamp

- **Type**: dateTime

- **Description**: The last time when location was acquired.

### SourceSystemIdentifier

- **Type**: string
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
- **Description**: An external ID from the source system for data integrations.

### SourceSystemName

- **Type**: string
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The name of the source system for data integrations.

### Status

- **Type**: picklist
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Restricted picklist, Sort, Update
- **Description**: Required. The status of the document.
- **Possible values**:
    - Draft
    - Submitted
