Represents a question asked by a healthcare professional (HCP) during an inquiry. This object is available in API version 65.0 and later.

## Fields

### CaseId

- **Type**: reference
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Sort
- **Description**: The ID of the case associated with the inquiry question.
    
    This field is a relationship field.
- **Relationship Name**: Case
- **Relationship Type**: Master-detail
- **Refers To**: Case (the master object)

### Comment

- **Type**: textarea
- **Properties**: Create, Nillable, Update
- **Description**: The additional details or context related to the inquiry question.

### InquiryId

- **Type**: reference
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The ID associated with the inquiry.
    
    This field is a relationship field.
- **Relationship Name**: Inquiry
- **Refers To**: Inquiry

### LastReferencedDate

- **Type**: dateTime
- **Properties**: Filter, Nillable, Sort
- **Description**: The timestamp for when the current user last referenced a record related to this record.

### LastViewedDate

- **Type**: dateTime
- **Properties**: Filter, Nillable, Sort
- **Description**: The timestamp for when the current user last viewed this record. If this value is null, it’s possible that this record was referenced (LastReferencedDate) and not viewed.

### Name

- **Type**: string
- **Properties**: Autonumber, Defaulted on create, Filter, idLookup, Sort
- **Description**: The name assigned to the inquiry question.

### OwnerId

- **Type**: reference
- **Properties**: Create, Defaulted on create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The ID of the user who owns this record.
    
    This field is a polymorphic relationship field.
- **Relationship Name**: Owner
- **Refers To**: Group, User

### ProductReferenceRecordId

- **Type**: reference
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The product associated with the inquiry question.
    
    This field is a polymorphic relationship field.
- **Relationship Name**: ProductReferenceRecord
- **Refers To**: LifeSciMarketableProduct, Product2

### Question

- **Type**: textarea
- **Properties**: Create, Update
- **Description**: The inquiry question asked by the healthcare professional.

### ResponseStatus

- **Type**: picklist
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Restricted picklist, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The indicator for the sales representative to determine whether the question has been answered.
- **Possible values**:
    - Not Responded
    - Responded

### SourceSystemIdentifier

- **Type**: string
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, idLookup, Nillable, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The ID of the record in the external system.

### SourceSystemName

- **Type**: string
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The name of the external system that generated the record.
