# HealthcareProviderService

Represents a junction object between a HealthcareService and a HealthcareProvider or HealthcareFacility or HealthcarePractitionerFacility. This object is available in API version 59.0 and later.

## Fields

### CareServiceId

- **Type**: reference
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update
- **Description**: Required.
    
    The ID of the healthcare service that is offered.
    
    This field is a relationship field.
- **Relationship Name**: CareService
- **Relationship Type**: Lookup
- **Refers To**: CareService

### EffectiveFrom

- **Type**: date
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The date the Healthcare Provider or Healthcare Facility or Healthcare Practitioner Facility began offering this service.

### EffectiveTo

- **Type**: date
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The date the Healthcare Provider or Healthcare Facility or Healthcare Practitioner Facility stopped offering this service.

### IsActive

- **Type**: boolean
- **Properties**: Create, Defaulted on create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update
- **Description**: Indicates whether this offering is active (true) or not active (false).
- **Default value**: false

### LastReferencedDate

- **Type**: dateTime
- **Properties**: Filter, Nillable, Sort
- **Description**: The timestamp when the current user last accessed this record indirectly, for example, through a list view or related record.

### LastViewedDate

- **Type**: dateTime
- **Properties**: Filter, Nillable, Sort
- **Description**: The timestamp when the current user last viewed this record or list view. If this value is null, and LastReferenceDate is not null, the user accessed this record or list view indirectly.

### Name

- **Type**: string
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, idLookup, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The name of this association between a Healthcare Service and a Healthcare Provider or Healthcare Facility or Healthcare Practitioner Facility.

### OwnerId

- **Type**: reference
- **Properties**: Create, Defaulted on create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The ID of the owner of the record.
    
    This field is a polymorphic relationship field.
- **Relationship Name**: Owner
- **Relationship Type**: Lookup
- **Refers To**: Group, User

### ProviderId

- **Type**: reference
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update
- **Description**: Required.
    
    The ID of the Healthcare Provider or Healthcare Facility or Healthcare Practitioner Facility that offers this service.
    
    This field is a polymorphic relationship field.

- **Refers To**: HealthcareFacility, HealthcarePractitionerFacility, HealthcareProvider
