# EventPlanItem

Represents an item of an event plan.

## Fields

### CurrentEventCount

- **Type**: int
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The number of events that are currently associated with the event plan item.

### CurrentTotalSpendAmount

- **Type**: currency
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Nillable, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The amount that has been spent across all the events associated with the event plan item.

### EndDateTime

- **Type**: dateTime
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Nillable, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The end date and time of the event plan item.

### EventPlanId

- **Type**: reference
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Sort
- **Description**: The event plan item that the current event plan item rolls up to.
    
    This field is a relationship field.
- **Relationship Name**: EventPlan
- **Relationship Type**: Master-detail
- **Refers To**: EventPlan (the master object)

### LastReferencedDate

- **Type**: dateTime
- **Properties**: Filter, Nillable, Sort
- **Description**: The timestamp when the current user last accessed this record indirectly, for example, through a list view or related record.

### LastViewedDate

- **Type**: dateTime
- **Properties**: Filter, Nillable, Sort
- **Description**: The timestamp when the current user last viewed this record or list view.
    
    If this value is null, and LastReferenceDate isn’t null, the user accessed this record or list view indirectly.

### MaxEventLimit

- **Type**: int
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The maximum number of events that can roll up to the event plan item.

### MaxExpertLimitPerEvent

- **Type**: int
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The maximum number of experts that are allowed for each event associated with the event plan item.

### MaxPtcpLimitPerEvent

- **Type**: int
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The maximum number of participants that are allowed for each event associated with the event plan item.

### MaxSpendAmountLimit

- **Type**: currency

- **Description**: Required. The managed event type associated with the event plan item.

- **Description**: The name of the event plan item.

### Period

- **Description**: Specifies the period type of the event plan.
- **Possible values**:
    - Monthly
    - Quarterly
    - Yearly

### StartDateTime

- **Type**: dateTime

- **Description**: The end date and time of the event plan item.
