# EstimatedExpensePtcpAlloc

Each row represents an allocation of managed event participant to an estimated expense of a managed event. This object is available in API version 67.0 and later.

## Fields

### Amount

- **Type**: currency
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The amount allocated to the participant for an estimated expense.

### EstimatedExpenseId

- **Type**: reference
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Sort
- **Description**: The amount a participant estimates will be spent at the managed event.
    
    This field is a relationship field.
- **Relationship Name**: EstimatedExpense
- **Relationship Type**: Master-detail
- **Refers To**: EstimatedExpense (the master object)

### LastReferencedDate

- **Type**: dateTime
- **Properties**: Filter, Nillable, Sort
- **Description**: The timestamp when the current user last accessed this record indirectly, for example, through a list view or related record.

### LastViewedDate

- **Type**: dateTime
- **Properties**: Filter, Nillable, Sort
- **Description**: The timestamp when the current user last viewed this record or list view.

### Name

- **Type**: string
- **Properties**: Autonumber, Defaulted on create, Filter, idLookup, Sort
- **Description**: The name of the Estimated Expense Participant Allocation.

### ParticipantId

- **Type**: reference
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The ID of the managed event participant who's incurring the expense.
    
    This field is a polymorphic relationship field.
- **Relationship Name**: Participant
- **Refers To**: MngEventParticipant
