ContactPointSocial

Represents social media identifiers or contact points for an individual or account. This object is available in API version 65.0 and later.

Fields

LastReferencedDate

  • Type: dateTime
  • Properties: Filter, Nillable, Sort
  • Description: The timestamp for when the current user last viewed a record related to this record.

LastViewedDate

  • Type: dateTime
  • Properties: Filter, Nillable, Sort
  • Description: The timestamp for when the current user last viewed this record. If this value is null, it’s possible that this record was referenced (LastReferencedDate) and not viewed.

Name

  • Type: string
  • Properties: Create, Filter, Group, idLookup, Sort, Update
  • Description: The name of the contact point social record.

OwnerId

  • Type: reference
  • Properties: Create, Defaulted on create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update
  • Description: The ID of the user who owns this record.

    This field is a polymorphic relationship field.

  • Relationship Name: Owner
  • Refers To: Group, User

ParentReferenceRecordId

  • Type: reference
  • Properties: Create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update
  • Description: The ID of the account or contact's parent record.

    This field is a polymorphic relationship field.

  • Relationship Name: ParentReferenceRecord
  • Refers To: Account, Individual

ProfilePictureUrl

  • Type: url
  • Properties: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
  • Description: The link or URL to the contact or account's profile picture on a social platform.

SocialHandleIdentifier

  • Type: string
  • Properties: Create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update
  • Description: The ID associated with the contact or account's profile on a social platform.

SocialHandleName

  • Type: string
  • Properties: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
  • Description: The name of the contact or account's profile on the social platform.

SocialPlatformProvider

  • Type: picklist
  • Properties: Create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update
  • Description: The name of the social platform the profile is from.
  • Possible values:
    • WeChat
    • X
    • Facebook
    • WhatsApp

SourceSystemIdentifier

  • Type: string
  • Properties: Create, Filter, Group, idLookup, Nillable, Sort, Update
  • Description: The ID of the record in the external system.

SourceSystemName

  • Type: string
  • Properties: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
  • Description: The name of the external system that generated the record.
