Represents the historical changes in the role of a care program team member. This object is available in API version 61.0 and later.

## Fields

### CareProgramTeamMemberId

- **Type**: reference
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Sort
- **Description**: The parent care program team member associated with the role.
    
    This field is a relationship field.
- **Relationship Name**: CareProgramTeamMember
- **Relationship Type**: Master-detail
- **Refers To**: CareProgramTeamMember (the master object)

### EffectiveEndDateTime

- **Type**: dateTime
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Nillable, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The date and time until when the team member is assigned the role.

### EffectiveStartDateTime

- **Type**: dateTime
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The date and time when the team member was assigned the role.

### LastReferencedDate

- **Type**: dateTime
- **Properties**: Filter, Nillable, Sort
- **Description**: The timestamp for when the current user last viewed a record related to this record.

### LastViewedDate

- **Type**: dateTime
- **Properties**: Filter, Nillable, Sort
- **Description**: The timestamp for when the current user last viewed this record. If this value is null, it’s possible that this record was referenced (LastReferencedDate) and not viewed.

### Name

- **Type**: string
- **Properties**: Autonumber, Defaulted on create, Filter, idLookup, Sort
- **Description**: The name of the care program team member role period.

### Role

- **Type**: picklist
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Restricted picklist, Sort, Update
- **Description**: Specifies the role of the care program team member.
- **Possible values**:
    - Collaborator
    - Contact-General
    - Contact-Recruitment
    - Funding Source
    - Primary Investigator
