Represents the practitioner's board certifications such as being board-certified in cardiology and cardiovascular disease.

AccountId

  • Description: Date of most recent board certification.

EffectiveFrom

  • Description: The date from which this certification is effective.

  • Description: The date on which this certification is no longer effective.

  • Description: Expiration date of the board certification.

LastReferencedDate

  • Description: The timestamp for when the current user last viewed a record related to this record.

LastViewedDate

  • Description: The timestamp for when the current user last viewed this record. If this value is null, it's possible that this record was referenced (LastReferencedDate) and not viewed.

OwnerId

  • Description: The ID of the user who owns this record.

PractitionerId

  • Description: Practitioner that this certification is associated with.

  • Description: System from which the record was sourced.

  • Description: ID of the system from which the record was sourced.

  • Description: Status of the certification.

TerminationDate

  • Description: Termination date for this provider.
