AppAlertUserResponse

Represents the user action for an alert. This object is available in API version 65.0 and later.

Fields

AlertReferenceRecordId

  • Type: reference
  • Properties: Create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update
  • Description: The app alert or record alert that's associated with the alert user action.

    This field is a polymorphic relationship field.

  • Relationship Name: AlertReferenceRecord
  • Refers To: AppAlert, RecordAlert

DismissalReason

  • Type: string
  • Properties: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
  • Description: The reason why the user dismissed the alert.

IsAlertRead

  • Type: boolean
  • Properties: Create, Defaulted on create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update
  • Description: Indicates whether the user read the alert or not.
  • Default value: false

LastReferencedDate

  • Type: dateTime
  • Properties: Filter, Nillable, Sort
  • Description: The timestamp when the current user last accessed this record indirectly, for example, through a list view or related record.

LastViewedDate

  • Type: dateTime
  • Properties: Filter, Nillable, Sort
  • Description: The timestamp when the current user last viewed this record or list view.

Name

  • Type: string
  • Properties: Autonumber, Defaulted on create, Filter, idLookup, Sort
  • Description: The name of the app alert user response.

OwnerId

  • Type: reference
  • Properties: Create, Defaulted on create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update
  • Description: The ID of the owner of this app alert user response record.

    This field is a polymorphic relationship field.

  • Relationship Name: Owner
  • Refers To: Group, User

UserAction

  • Type: picklist
  • Properties: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Restricted picklist, Sort, Update
  • Description: Specifies the action performed by the user on the alert.
  • Possible values:
    • Dismissed
    • Resolved

UserId

  • Type: reference
  • Properties: Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort
  • Description: The user who acted upon the alert.

    This field is a relationship field.

  • Relationship Name: User
  • Refers To: User
