ActionPlanStatusPeriod

Represents the historical changes to the status of an action plan.

Fields

ActionPlanId

  • Type: reference
  • Properties: Create, Filter, Group, Sort
  • Description: The Action Plan associated with the Action Plan status period.

    This field is a relationship field.

  • Relationship Name: ActionPlan
  • Relationship Type: Master-detail
  • Refers To: ActionPlan (the master object)

EndDate

  • Type: dateTime
  • Properties: Create, Filter, Nillable, Sort, Update
  • Description: The effective end date and time of the Action Plan status.

LastReferencedDate

  • Type: dateTime
  • Properties: Filter, Nillable, Sort
  • Description: The timestamp for when the current user last referenced a record related to this record.

LastViewedDate

  • Type: dateTime
  • Properties: Filter, Nillable, Sort
  • Description: The timestamp for when the current user last viewed this record. If this value is null, it’s possible that this record was referenced (LastReferencedDate) and not viewed.

Name

  • Type: string
  • Properties: Autonumber, Defaulted on create, Filter, idLookup, Sort
  • Description: The name of the action plan status period.

Reason

  • Type: string
  • Properties: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
  • Description: The reason why the action plan was assigned the status.

SourceSystemIdentifier

  • Type: string
  • Properties: Create, Filter, Group, idLookup, Nillable, Sort, Update
  • Description: The ID of the record in the external system.

SourceSystemName

  • Type: string
  • Properties: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
  • Description: The name of the external system that generated the record.

StartDate

  • Type: dateTime
  • Properties: Create, Filter, Sort, Update
  • Description: The effective start date and time of the action plan status.

Status

  • Type: picklist
  • Properties: Create, Defaulted on create, Filter, Group, Restricted picklist, Sort, Update
  • Description: The status of the action plan.
  • Default value: Not Started
  • Possible values:
    • Not Started
    • In Progress
    • Cancelled
    • Restarted
    • DraftAssigned
