Standard and custom fields extend the standard CustomObjectParticipant object to represent information about the individual collaborating on or who needs to be informed of the Medical Insight.

### Comments

- **Type**: string
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The additional information about the participant.

### IsActive

- **Type**: boolean
- **Properties**: Create, Defaulted on create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update
- **Description**: Indicates whether the participant is an active user in the system (true) or not (false).
- **Default value**: false

### ParticipantId

- **Type**: reference
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Sort
- **Description**: The user or group associated with this participant. This field is a polymorphic relationship field.
