# ActionPlan

Standard and custom fields extend the standard ActionPlan object to represent an instance of the compliance program assigned to an account.

The ActionPlan object and its fields are used by the Key Account Management and the Provider Engagement Compliance feature areas. This topic only lists the fields used in Provider Engagement Compliance. To learn about the fields that are used in Key Account Management, see the ActionPlan object documentation in the Key Account Management section.

## Fields

### SourceSystemIdentifier

- **Type**: string
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, idLookup, Nillable, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The identifier of the record in the source system

### SourceSystemName

- **Type**: string
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The name of the system from which data is loaded into the object.

### StartedByType

- **Type**: picklist
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
- **Description**: Indicates how the provider engagement compliance is started.

### StatusCode

- **Type**: picklist
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Restricted picklist, Sort, Update
- **Description**: Specifies the current status of the action plan.
- **Possible values**:
    - Canceled
    - Completed
    - In Progress
    - Not Started
    - Restarted

### TargetId

- **Type**: reference
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort
- **Description**: Indicates the account the provider engagement compliance program is targeted for. This field is a polymorphic relationship field.
- **Relationship Name**: Target
