Share Quote Based on Account Action

Synchronizes Quote sharing with Account sharing by querying AccountShare records for the specified Quote account ID and upserting the corresponding QuoteShare records.

This action is available in API version 68.0 and later.

This action only modifies records where the RowCause is set to LSC4CEAutoShare. It is designed for use in record-triggered flows (after save) and scheduled batch jobs for bulk processing.

Inputs

recordId	String	Required ID of the Quote record to be shared.
accessLevel	String	Required Level of access granted for the shared Quote. Valid values are `Edit` and `Read`.

shareRecordsCreated	Integer	Number of Quote share records created based on the account sharing information.
shareRecordsUpdated	Integer	Number of Quote share records updated based on the account sharing information.
shareRecordsDeleted	Integer	Number of Quote share records deleted based on the account sharing information.
isSuccess	Boolean	Indicates whether the Quote sharing operation completed successfully (`true`) or not (`false`).
