Rate quotes and members, compare census prices, and generate contract transactions.

    Generate contract-level transaction details for a group benefits contract over a specified date range. The API groups existing policy transactions into InsuranceContractTrxn (header) and InsuranceContractTrxnDetail (line item) records. This API runs asynchronously and returns a job ID to track the job status.

The comparison can cover a single product category or all product categories. You can also compare plan attributes by using this API. By default, the API returns the price comparison details. Set fetchAttributes to true to retrieve plan attribute differences instead of price comparison details.
