# CarePlanDetail

Represents additional information associated with a care plan record. These details may be things addressed by the care plan, contributors in the care plan, supporting information, and so on. This object is available in API version 57.0 and later.

## Fields

### CarePlanId

- **Type**: Master-detail
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Sort
- **Description**: References the parent care plan record.
- **Relationship Name**: CarePlan
- **Refers To**: CarePlan

### DetailCodeId

- **Type**: reference
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The system-defined code that represents additional information associated to a care plan. Detail code is used to support the Category detail type.
    
    This field is a polymorphic relationship field.
- **Relationship Name**: DetailCode
- **Relationship Type**: Lookup
- **Refers To**: CodeSet, CodeSetBundle

### DetailRecordId

- **Type**: reference
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The reference record that represents additional information associated to the parent care plan.
    
    This field is a polymorphic relationship field.
- **Relationship Name**: DetailRecord
- **Relationship Type**: Lookup
- **Refers To**:
    - Account (For the Contributor and Supporting Information detail types)
    - CarePlan (For the Based On, Part Of, and Replaced Care Plan detail types)
    - CareRegisteredDevice (For the Contributor detail type)
    - HealthCondition (For the Addressed Item detail type)
    - HealthcarePractitionerFacility (For the Contributor detail type)
    - HealthcareProvider (For the Contributor detail type)

### DetailType

- **Type**: picklist
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update
- **Description**: Specifies the type of additional information associated to the parent record. For instance, the care plan that the parent care plan is based on, part of, or replaces, and so on.
- **Possible values**:
    - Addressed Item
    - Based On
    - Category
    - Contributor
    - Part of
    - Replaced Care Plan
    - Supporting Information

### LastReferencedDate

- **Type**: dateTime
- **Properties**: Filter, Nillable, Sort
- **Description**: The date and time when the record was last referenced.

### LastViewedDate

- **Type**: dateTime
- **Properties**: Filter, Nillable, Sort
- **Description**: The date and time when the record was last viewed.

### Name

- **Type**: string
- **Properties**: Autonumber, Defaulted on create, Filter, idLookup, Sort
- **Description**: The name of the record.

### OwnerId

- **Type**: Polymorphic lookup
- **Properties**: Create, Defaulted on create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The owner of the record.
- **Relationship Name**: Owner
- **Refers To**:
    - Group
    - User

### ProblemPriority

- **Type**: picklist
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Restricted picklist, Sort, Update
- **Description**: For the Addressed Item detail type, indicates the priority of the addressed problem.
- **Possible values**:
    - High
    - Low
    - Normal

### SequenceNumber

- **Type**: int
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
- **Description**: For the Addressed Item detail type, indicates position of the addressed problem in the list of all addressed problem.

### TaskJobStatus

- **Type**: picklist
- **Properties**: Filter, Group, Nillable, Restricted Picklist, Sort
- **Possible values**:
    - Completed
    - Failed
    - InProgress - In Progress
    - Submitted

### TaskJobStatusMessage

- **Type**: textarea
- **Properties**: Nillable
- **Description**: Status message for the task job.
