HealthPlanFacilityNetwork

Represents the association between an insurance product or plan and a designated healthcare facility network. This entity is fundamental in healthcare management, allowing insurers and providers to accurately determine which facilities are in-network for a given patient's plan, facilitating eligibility checks and service coordination. This object is available in API version 68.0 and later.

Fields

EffectiveFromDate

  • Type: date
  • Properties: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
  • Description: Specifies the date when the product becomes covered under the Healthcare Facility Network.

EffectiveToDate

  • Type: date
  • Properties: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
  • Description: Specifies the date when the product is no longer covered under the Healthcare Facility Network.

HealthcareFacilityNetworkId

  • Type: reference

  • Description: The Healthcare Facility Network record associated with this product network coverage.

LastReferencedDate

  • Type: dateTime

  • Description: The timestamp for when the current user last viewed a record related to this record.

LastViewedDate

  • Type: dateTime

  • Description: The timestamp for when the current user last viewed this record. If this value is null, it’s possible that this record was referenced (LastReferencedDate) and not viewed.

Name

  • Type: string
  • Properties: Create, Filter, Group, idLookup, Sort, Update
  • Description: The name of the health plan facility network.

OwnerId

  • Type: reference
  • Properties: Create, Defaulted on create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update
  • Description: ID of the record owner.

    This field is a polymorphic relationship field.

ProductId

  • Description: The Product2 record that defines the insurance plan associated with this product network coverage.
