CustodyItem

Represents information about an item in the custody chain. This object is available in API version 59.0 and later.

Fields

Category

  • Type: picklist
  • Properties: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
  • Description: Specifies the category of the item that's in custody.

CollectionDateTime

  • Type: dateTime
  • Properties: Create, Filter, Nillable, Sort, Update
  • Description: The date and time when the custody item was collected.

Description

  • Type: textarea
  • Properties: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
  • Description: The description of the item that's in custody.

ExternalIdentifier

  • Type: string
  • Properties: Create, Filter, Group, idLookup, Nillable, Sort, Update
  • Description: The external identifier for the custody item or the custody chain.

LastReferencedDate

  • Type: dateTime
  • Properties: Filter, Nillable, Sort
  • Description: The most recent date on which a user referenced the record.

LastViewedDate

  • Type: dateTime
  • Properties: Filter, Nillable, Sort
  • Description: The most recent date on which a user viewed the record.

Name

  • Type: string
  • Properties: Create, Filter, Group, idLookup, Sort, Update
  • Description: The name of the item that's in custody.

OwnerId

  • Type: reference
  • Properties: Create, Defaulted on create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update
  • Description: This field is a polymorphic relationship field.
  • Relationship Name: Owner
  • Relationship Type: Lookup
  • Refers To: Group, User

ReferenceItemObjectApiName

  • Type: picklist
  • Properties: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Restricted picklist, Sort, Update
  • Description: The API name of the reference object that stores the record of the item that's in custody. For internal use only.
  • Possible values:
    • CareProgramEnrollee
    • The API name of any custom object created in the org.

ReferenceItemRecordId

  • Type: reference
  • Properties: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
  • Description: The API name of the reference object that stores the record of the item that's in custody.

    This field is a relationship field.

  • Relationship Name: ReferenceItemRecord
  • Relationship Type: Lookup
  • Refers To: CareProgramEnrollee

Status

  • Type: picklist
  • Properties: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
  • Description: Specifies the status of the item that's in custody.

SubjectId

  • Type: reference
  • Properties: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
  • Description: The subject for which a custody item is collected.

    This field is a polymorphic relationship field.

  • Relationship Name: Subject
  • Relationship Type: Lookup
  • Refers To: CareProgramEnrollee

UsageType

  • Type: picklist
  • Properties: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Restricted picklist, Sort, Update
  • Description: The usage of the custody item in an application or cloud. For internal use only.
  • Possible values:
    • Healthcare
    • RequestForProposal
