CareProgramProvider

Represents a business account that is the service provider for a care program product.

Fields

AccountId

  • Type: reference
  • Properties: Create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update
  • Description: The account/business entity that is providing the care program product/service to a care program enrollee.

CareProgramContactId

  • Type: reference
  • Properties: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
  • Description: The primary person a patient can contact about the care program.

CareProgramProductId

  • Type: reference
  • Properties: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
  • Description: The care program product to which this care program provider is associated.

LastReferencedDate

  • Type: dateTime
  • Properties: Filter, Nillable, Sort
  • Description: The timestamp for when the current user last viewed a record related to this record.

LastViewedDate

  • Type: dateTime
  • Properties: Filter, Nillable, Sort
  • Description: The timestamp for when the current user last viewed this record. If this value is null, it's possible that this record was referenced (LastReferencedDate) and not viewed.

Name

  • Type: string
  • Properties: Create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update
  • Description: Name of the provider associated with the care program.

OwnerId

  • Type: reference
  • Properties: Create, Defaulted on create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update
  • Description: The ID of the user who owns this record.

Role

  • Type: picklist
  • Properties: Create, Defaulted on create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
  • Description: The type of organization delivering the services included in the program.

SourceSystem

  • Type: string
  • Properties: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
  • Description: System from which the record was sourced.

SourceSystemIdentifier

  • Type: string
  • Properties: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
  • Description: ID of the system from which the record was sourced.

Status

  • Type: picklist
  • Properties: Create, Defaulted on create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
  • Description: The status of a care program provider in relation to a care program product.
