# Get Transcript from Conversation Action

Gets the transcript for a specified conversation record such as voice call, messaging session, or chat transcript.

This action is available in API version 64.0 and later.

## Special Access Rules

The Get Transcript from Conversation action is available in Home Health and Service Voice.

## Supported REST HTTP Methods

**URI**: /services/data/vXX.X/actions/custom/getTranscriptForConversation

Where XX.X is the latest API version.

**Formats**: JSON, XML

**HTTP Methods**: GET

**Authentication**: Authorization: Bearer TOKEN

Where TOKEN is your OAuth access token.
