# PartyFinancialAsset

Represents information about the financial asset owned by an individual or account. This object is available in API version 61.0 and later.

## Supported Calls

create(), delete(), describeLayout(), describeSObjects(), getDeleted(), getUpdated(), query(), retrieve(), search(), undelete(), update(), upsert()

## Special Access Rules

This is a standard object and is available only when you turn on the Financial Account Management Standard Objects setting.

### ApplicantId

- **Type**: reference

- **Description**: The applicant associated with the financial asset.
    
    This field is a relationship field.
- **Relationship Name**: Applicant
- **Relationship Type**: Lookup
- **Refers To**: Applicant

### AssetId

- **Type**: reference
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The asset owned by the party.
    
    This field is a polymorphic relationship field.
- **Relationship Name**: Asset
- **Relationship Type**: Lookup
- **Refers To**: Asset

### CurrencyIsoCode

- **Type**: picklist
- **Properties**: Create, Defaulted on create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Restricted picklist, Sort, Update
- **Description**: If multiple currencies are enabled, contains the currency ISO code associated with the record.
    
    Valid value is USD.
- **Default value**: USD

### DeclarationDateTime

- **Type**: dateTime
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Nillable, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The date when the asset is declared.

### Description

- **Type**: textarea
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The description of the asset.

### IsLienExisting

- **Type**: boolean
- **Properties**: Create, Defaulted on create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update
- **Description**: Indicate whether there is a lien on the financial asset.
- **Default value**: false

### IsReadOnly

- **Type**: boolean
- **Properties**: Create, Defaulted on create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update
- **Description**: Indicates whether the party financial asset is read only (true) or not (false).
- **Default value**: false

### LastReferencedDate

- **Type**: dateTime
- **Properties**: Filter, Nillable, Sort
- **Description**: The timestamp for when the current user last viewed a record related to this record.

### LastViewedDate

- **Type**: dateTime
- **Properties**: Filter, Nillable, Sort
- **Description**: The timestamp for when the current user last viewed this record.

### MakeName

- **Type**: string
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The make name of the asset.

### ModelName

- **Type**: string
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The model name of the asset.

### ModelYear

- **Description**: The model year of the asset.

### Name

- **Description**: The name of the party financial asset.

- **Description**: The owner of the party financial asset record.

- **Description**: The date and time when the ownership of the asset ends.

- **Description**: The share owned by the party in percentage.

### OwnershipStartDateTime

- **Description**: The date and time when the ownership of the asset starts.

### OwnershipType

- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Restricted picklist, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The ownership type of the asset.
- **Possible values**:
    - Individual
    - Joint

### PartyId

- **Description**: The party that owns the asset.

- **Description**: The payoff due amount of the party financial asset.

### PledgeAmount

- **Description**: The amount the party pledges as a collateral against a financial asset.

### PurchaseAmount

- **Type**: currency
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Nillable, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The amount the party paid for the financial asset.

### SerialNumber

- **Type**: string
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The serial number of the financial asset.

### SourceSystemIdentifier

- **Type**: external lookup
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, idLookup, Nillable, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The unique identifier of the party asset in an external system.

### Status

- **Type**: picklist
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The status of the asset.
- **Possible values**:
    - Active
    - Inactive

### Type

### UsageType

- **Description**: The usage type of the party financial asset.

    - CashFlow—Cash Flow
    - Claim
    - VehicleAndAssetLoanOrigination—Loan Origination
    - Know Your Customer

### ValuationAmount

- **Type**: currency
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The worth of the asset after valuation.

### VerificationDate

- **Type**: date
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The date when the asset valuation was done.

### ValuationDateTime

- **Type**: dateTime
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Nillable, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The date and time when the asset valuation was done.

### VerificationStatus

- **Type**: picklist
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The verification status of the party financial asset.
