# LoanApplicationTitleHolder

Represents details of borrowers who are applying to hold title to the property the loan application finances. This object is available in API version 47.0 and later.

## Fields

### IsCurrentTitleHolder

- **Type**: boolean
- **Properties**: Create, Defaulted on create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update
- **Description**: Indicates whether person is a current title holder on property to be refinanced.

### LastReferencedDate

- **Type**: dateTime
- **Properties**: Filter, Nillable, Sort
- **Description**: The timestamp for when the current user last viewed a record related to this record.

### LastViewedDate

- **Type**: dateTime
- **Properties**: Filter, Nillable, Sort
- **Description**: The timestamp for when the current user last viewed this record. If this value is null, it’s possible that this record was referenced (LastReferencedDate) and not viewed.

### LoanApplicationId

- **Type**: reference
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Sort
- **Description**: Loan application associated with this title holder.

### Name

- **Type**: string
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, idLookup, Sort, Update
- **Description**: Name of the loan application title holder.

### TitleHolderExtIdentifier

- **Type**: string
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, idLookup, Nillable, Sort, Update
- **Description**: ID that uniquely identifies imported data in an external data source (if applicable). This field is unique within your organization.

### TitleHolderName

- **Type**: string
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
- **Description**: Name of the person on the title for the property associated with the loan application.
