Represents a user or User Group with whom the interaction is shared. This object is available in API version 52.0 and later.

### Comments

- **Description**: Notes about this participant.

### InteractionId

- **Type**: reference
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Sort
- **Description**: The call report that's shared with this user.
    
    This is a relationship field.
- **Relationship Name**: Interaction
- **Relationship Type**: Lookup
- **Refers To**: Interaction

### IsActive

- **Type**: boolean
- **Properties**: Create, Defaulted on create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update
- **Description**: Indicates whether this participant is active.
- **Default value**: false

### LastReferencedDate

- **Type**: dateTime
- **Properties**: Filter, Nillable, Sort
- **Description**: The timestamp for when the current user last viewed a record related to this record.

### LastViewedDate

- **Type**: dateTime
- **Properties**: Filter, Nillable, Sort
- **Description**: The timestamp for when the current user last viewed this record. If this value is null, it’s possible that this record was referenced (LastReferencedDate) and not viewed.

### Name

- **Type**: string
- **Properties**: Autonumber, Defaulted on create, Filter, idLookup, Sort
- **Description**: The name of the call report participant.

### ParticipantId

- **Type**: reference
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Sort
- **Description**: The user or group that the call report is shared with.
    
    This is a polymorphic relationship field.
- **Relationship Name**: Participant
- **Relationship Type**: Lookup
- **Refers To**: Group, User

### ParticipantRoleId

- **Type**: reference
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The role assigned to this participant.
    
    This is a relationship field.

- **Refers To**: ParticipantRole
