# IndexRate

Represents a base rate that’s defined by an authority. This object is available in API version 61.0 and later. Available with Digital Lending permission set.

## Fields

### IsActive

- **Type**: boolean
- **Properties**: Create, Defaulted on create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update
- **Description**: Indicates whether the rate is active (true) or not (false).
- **Default value**: false

### LastReferencedDate

- **Type**: dateTime
- **Properties**: Filter, Nillable, Sort
- **Description**: Timestamp for when the current user last viewed a record related to this record.

### LastViewedDate

- **Type**: dateTime
- **Properties**: Filter, Nillable, Sort
- **Description**: Timestamp for when the current user last viewed this record.

### Name

- **Type**: string
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, idLookup, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The name of the authority defining the index rate.

### OwnerId

- **Type**: reference
- **Properties**: Create, Defaulted on create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update
- **Description**: ID of the user who created the index rate record.
    
    This field is a polymorphic relationship field.
- **Relationship Name**: Owner
- **Relationship Type**: Lookup
- **Refers To**: Group, User

### Rate

- **Type**: percent
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The index rate as defined by the authority.

### ValidEndDate

- **Type**: date
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The end date of the rate.

### ValidStartDate

- **Type**: date
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The start date of the rate.

## Associated Objects
