# IdentityDocument

Represents information about documents used to identify Financial Services Cloud clients.

## Fields

### ExpirationDate

- **Type**: date
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
- **Description**: Date when the document expires.

### IdDocumentType

- **Type**: picklist
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
- **Description**: Type of the document that’s used to verify the client’s identity.

### IssueDate

- **Type**: date
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
- **Description**: Date when the document was issued.

### IssuingAuthority

- **Type**: string
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The authority that issued the document.

### LastReferencedDate

- **Type**: dateTime
- **Properties**: Filter, Nillable, Sort
- **Description**: The timestamp for when the current user last viewed a record related to this record.

### LastViewedDate

- **Type**: dateTime
- **Properties**: Filter, Nillable, Sort
- **Description**: The timestamp for when the current user last viewed this record. If this value is null, it’s possible that this record was referenced (LastReferencedDate) and not viewed.

### Name

- **Type**: string
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, idLookup, Sort, Update
- **Description**: Name of the document.

### OwnerId

- **Type**: reference
- **Properties**: Create, Defaulted on create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update
- **Description**: ID of the user who created this record.

### PartyProfileId

- **Type**: reference
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The party profile associated with this record.
    
    This field is a relationship field.
- **Relationship Name**: PartyProfile
- **Relationship Type**: Lookup
- **Refers To**: PartyProfile

### RelatedLegalEntityId

- **Type**: reference
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update
- **Description**: ID of the legal entity related to this document.

### VerifiedById

- **Type**: reference
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
- **Description**: Name of the person who verified this document.

### VerifiedOn

- **Type**: dateTime
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Nillable, Sort, Update
- **Description**: Date when this document was verified.
