# GroupClassContribution

Represents employer or group contributions for GroupClass members and their dependents on a per product category such as medical, dental, or vision. Child object of GroupClass. This object is available in API version 55.0 and later.

## Fields

### Amount

- **Type**: currency
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Nillable, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The employer's contribution currency amount for the corresponding contract plan. If MemberType is Subscriber or not specified, the contribution amount is for the main member. If MemberType is Dependent, the contribution amount is for the dependents.

### ContractGroupPlanId

- **Type**: reference
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The contract group plan associated with the group class contribution.
    
    This is a relationship field.
- **Relationship Name**: ContractGroupPlan
- **Relationship Type**: Lookup
- **Refers To**: ContractGroupPlan

### EffectiveEndDate

- **Type**: date
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
- **Description**: Effective end date of the group class contribution.

### EffectiveStartDate

- **Type**: date
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
- **Description**: Effective start date of the group class contribution.

### GroupBenefitProductCategory

- **Type**: picklist
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
- **Description**: Specifies the group benefit product category.

### GroupClassId

- **Type**: reference
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Sort
- **Description**: The group class associated with the group class contribution.
    
    This is a relationship field.
- **Relationship Name**: GroupClass
- **Relationship Type**: Lookup
- **Refers To**: GroupClass

### LastReferencedDate

- **Type**: dateTime
- **Properties**: Filter, Nillable, Sort
- **Description**: The timestamp when the current user last accessed this record, a record related to this record, or a list view.

### LastViewedDate

- **Type**: dateTime
- **Properties**: Filter, Nillable, Sort
- **Description**: The timestamp when the current user last viewed this record or list view.

### MemberType

- **Type**: picklist
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Restricted picklist, Sort, Update
- **Description**: Specifies the member type.
- **Possible values**:
    - Dependent
    - Subscriber

### Name

- **Type**: string
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, idLookup, Sort, Update
- **Description**: Name of the group class contribution.

### Percentage

- **Type**: percent
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Nillable, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The employer's contribution percentage amount for the corresponding contract plan. If MemberType is Subscriber or not specified, the contribution amount is for the main member. If MemberType is Dependent, the contribution amount is for the dependent.

Change events are available for the object in API version 62.0 and later.
