Represents the bids placed by financial deal parties in the financial deal. This object is available in API version 54.0 and later.

## Fields

### BidAmount

- **Type**: currency
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Nillable, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The amount that the financial deal party is willing to pay for the bid.

### BidDate

- **Type**: date
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The date on which the bid has been placed by the financial deal party.

### BidRound

- **Type**: string
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The bidding round in which the bid has been placed by the financial deal party.

### FinancialDealId

- **Type**: reference
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The financial deal associated with the financial deal bid record.
    
    This is a relationship field.
- **Relationship Name**: FinancialDeal
- **Relationship Type**: Lookup
- **Refers To**: FinancialDeal

### FinancialDealPartyId

- **Type**: reference
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The financial deal party who's making the bid.
    
    This is a relationship field.
- **Relationship Name**: FinancialDealParty
- **Relationship Type**: Lookup
- **Refers To**: FinancialDealParty

### LastReferencedDate

- **Type**: dateTime
- **Properties**: Filter, Nillable, Sort
- **Description**: The timestamp for when the current user last viewed a record related to this record.

### LastViewedDate

- **Type**: dateTime
- **Properties**: Filter, Nillable, Sort
- **Description**: The timestamp for when the current user last viewed this record. If this value is null, it’s possible that this record was referenced (LastReferencedDate) and not viewed.

### Name

- **Type**: string
- **Properties**: Autonumber, Defaulted on create, Filter, idLookup, Sort
- **Description**: The name of the financial deal bid record.
