# Deviation

Represents the information about the deviation from set rules. This object is available in API version 61.0 and later. Available with Digital Lending permission set.

## Fields

### ApprovalStatus

- **Type**: picklist
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
- **Description**: Specifies the approval status of the deviation.
- **Possible values**:
    - Approved
    - Pending
    - Rejected
    - Submitted

### Code

- **Type**: string
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The unique code for the deviation.

### Description

- **Type**: textarea
- **Properties**: Create, Nillable, Update
- **Description**: The description about the deviation.

### IsActive

- **Type**: boolean
- **Properties**: Create, Defaulted on create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update
- **Description**: Indicates whether the deviation is active (true) or (not).
- **Default value**: false

### IsApprovalRequired

- **Type**: boolean
- **Properties**: Create, Defaulted on create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update
- **Description**: Indicates whether an approval is required (true) or not (false) for the deviation.
- **Default value**: false

### LastReferencedDate

- **Type**: dateTime
- **Properties**: Filter, Nillable, Sort
- **Description**: The timestamp for when the current user last viewed a record related to this record.

### LastViewedDate

- **Type**: dateTime
- **Properties**: Filter, Nillable, Sort
- **Description**: The timestamp for when the current user last viewed this record. If this value is null, it’s possible that this record was referenced (LastReferencedDate) and not viewed.

### MinimumApproverLevel

- **Type**: picklist
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
- **Description**: Specifies the minimum level of the approver who can approve the deviation.
- **Possible values**:
    - L1
    - L2
    - L3

### Name

- **Type**: string
- **Properties**: Autonumber, Defaulted on create, Filter, idLookup, Sort
- **Description**: The name of the deviation record.

### OwnerId

- **Type**: reference
- **Properties**: Create, Defaulted on create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update
- **Description**: ID of the user who created the record.
    
    This field is a polymorphic relationship field.
- **Relationship Name**: Owner
- **Refers To**: Group, User

### Type

- **Type**: picklist

- **Description**: Specifies the type of deviation.
- **Possible values**:
    - Credit
    - Debt to Income
    - Loan To Value
