Represents a valuation of the item that is appraised. This object is available in API version 63.0 and later.

## Fields

### AppraisalItemId

- **Type**: reference
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Sort
- **Description**: The appraisal item that's associated with the appraisal source valuation. This field is a relationship field.
- **Relationship Name**: AppraisalItem
- **Relationship Type**: Master-detail
- **Refers To**: AppraisalItem (the master object)

### AverageConditionValue

- **Type**: currency
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Nillable, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The value of the item if it's average condition.

### CleanConditionValue

- **Type**: currency
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Nillable, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The value of the item if it's in clean condition.

### LastReferencedDate

- **Type**: dateTime
- **Properties**: Filter, Nillable, Sort
- **Description**: The timestamp for when the current user last viewed a record related to this record.

### LastViewedDate

- **Type**: dateTime
- **Properties**: Filter, Nillable, Sort
- **Description**: The timestamp for when the current user last viewed this record.

### Name

- **Type**: string
- **Properties**: Autonumber, Defaulted on create, Filter, idLookup, Sort
- **Description**: The autopopulated name of Appraisal Item Provider Valuation record.

### ProviderName

- **Type**: picklist
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The name of the provider that gives the valuation of the item.

### RoughConditionValue

- **Type**: currency
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Nillable, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The value of the item if it's in rough condition.

### ValuationDateTime

- **Type**: dateTime
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The date and time when the source gives the valuation of the item.
