Represents the details of the evaluation performed for an application form. For example, the details of the evaluation of a loan application form by an underwriter. This object is available in API version 61.0 and later. Available with Digital Lending permission set.

### ApplicationFormId

- **Type**: reference
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The application form that was evaluated.
    
    This field is a relationship field.
- **Relationship Name**: ApplicationForm
- **Refers To**: ApplicationForm

### ApplicationFormProductId

- **Type**: reference
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The product in the application form that's being evaluated.
    
    This field is a relationship field.
- **Relationship Name**: ApplicationFormProduct
- **Refers To**: ApplicationFormProduct

### Comments

- **Type**: textarea
- **Properties**: Create, Nillable, Update
- **Description**: The evaluator's comments to the evaluation.

### Date

- **Type**: date

- **Description**: The date when the evaluation was performed.

### Decision

- **Type**: picklist
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
- **Description**: Specifices the decision of the evaluation.
- **Possible values**:
    - Approved
    - On Hold
    - Rejected

### EvaluatorId

- **Type**: reference
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The User or Group who evaluated the application form.
    
    This field is a relationship field.
- **Relationship Name**: Evaluator
- **Refers To**: User

### LastReferencedDate

- **Type**: dateTime
- **Properties**: Filter, Nillable, Sort
- **Description**: The timestamp for when the current user last viewed a record related to this record.

### LastViewedDate

- **Type**: dateTime
- **Properties**: Filter, Nillable, Sort
- **Description**: The timestamp for when the current user last viewed this record. If this value is null, it’s possible that this record was referenced (LastReferencedDate) and not viewed.

### Name

- **Type**: string
- **Properties**: Autonumber, Defaulted on create, Filter, idLookup, Sort
- **Description**: The name of the application form evaluation record.

### OwnerId

- **Type**: reference
- **Properties**: Create, Defaulted on create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The ID of the record owner.
    
    This field is a polymorphic relationship field.
- **Relationship Name**: Owner
- **Refers To**: Group, User
