# ApplicationActionItem

Stores the action items assigned to a user on an application. This object is available in API version 61.0 and later. Available with Digital Lending permission set.

## Fields

### AssignedToId

- **Type**: reference
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The user assigned to the action item.
    
    This field is a polymorphic relationship field.
- **Relationship Name**: AssignedTo
- **Relationship Type**: Lookup
- **Refers To**: Applicant, Group, User

### Description

- **Type**: textarea
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The description of the action item.

### DueDate

- **Type**: date
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The due date of the action item.

### LastReferencedDate

- **Type**: dateTime
- **Properties**: Filter, Nillable, Sort
- **Description**: Timestamp for when the current user last viewed a record related to this record.

### LastViewedDate

- **Type**: dateTime
- **Properties**: Filter, Nillable, Sort
- **Description**: Timestamp for when the current user last viewed this record.

### Name

- **Type**: string
- **Properties**: Autonumber, Defaulted on create, Filter, idLookup, Sort
- **Description**: The name of the application action item record.

### OwnerId

- **Type**: reference
- **Properties**: Create, Defaulted on create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update
- **Description**: ID of the user who created the application action item record.
    
    This field is a polymorphic relationship field.
- **Relationship Name**: Owner
- **Relationship Type**: Lookup
- **Refers To**: Group, User

### RelatedApplnActnItmId

- **Type**: reference
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The related application action item that is created to manage a subsequent action item that is generated from an earlier action item. For example, if uploading identity proof documents is the main action item, then verifying the uploaded documents is a related action item.
    
    This field is a relationship field.

- **Refers To**: ApplicationActionItem

### RelatedRecordId

- **Description**: The record related to the action item.

### Status

- **Type**: picklist

- **Description**: The status of the action item.
- **Possible values**:
    - Closed
    - In Progress
    - New

### Subject

- **Type**: string
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The subject of the application action item.

### Type

- **Type**: picklist
- **Properties**: Create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update
- **Description**: The type of application action item.
- **Possible values**:
    - Review Offer
